if a habit is controlling you, you will not enjoy the best that God offers you. Dont make excuses for bondages that seem to have a hold on you Danial and excuses will keep you from enjoying your life.
Whether it is an eating disorder or a bad temper, you cannot blame it on your genes or your family. God makes a way of escape for us and promises a good life for those who are born again. Claim your rights as a child of God. Say, "I am a new person in Christ; I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" ( see philippians 4:13). Have a lovely day!
