USE SELF CONTROL
For this very reason, make every reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; self –control; and to self- control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; to godliness, brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness, love. For if you possess there qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 2Peter 1:5-8
The word says that a person will die for lack of discipline and instruction, and in his folly he will go astray and be lost. Proverbs 5:23 You cant buy discipline, but you have an inner ability to develop self –control

By spending time with God you can be filled with his spirit and controlled by his power to live a calm life with a well-balanced mind of discipline and self-control Timothy 1:7 conciously add self-control to your behavior today
